We offer the possibility of negotiating the purchase of debts, i.e., the assignment of claims. The assignment of the claim enables you as a creditor to recover your money quickly, avoid a lengthy and costly recovery process, and eliminates the balance of receivables on your balance sheet, thus allowing you to invest your funds in the core business of your company. We will analyse the list of receivables (debt portfolio) you have provided us with and make an offer for a debt purchase price. When the assignment agreement is concluded, all documents supporting the obligation are transferred to us, i.e., the new creditor (purchaser of debts). Your debtors will be informed of the assignment of the claims, after which the recovery process will start.
